visual studio 2013 - VB.net: Remove ToolStripPanel/ToolStripContentPanel -


while working on project vb.net project in visual studio 2013 community, accidently inserted toolstrippanel/toolstripcontentpanel controls combination.

unfortunately however, cannot delete it. can advise how go doing this? there must surely way. unfortunately, cant hit undo either project has been saved since.
