google chrome - Iphone iOS 6 Image corruption in skysphere -

any ideas why i'm getting strange scanline effect iphone 6 chrome/safari?
any size jpg or png, doesn't matter. tried setting minfilter , magfilters nearest.
it's fine on android , pc (all browsers)
